Grok is the AI assistant from xAI, which became part of SpaceX in 2026 and now operates as SpaceXSI. It is used at grok.com, in its apps and inside X, where anyone can mention it in a post to ask for context.
It chats, searches the web and X, analyses documents and images, codes and generates images and videos with Grok Imagine. Its style is more casual and less filtered than its rivals’. Since 12 October 2026 it is sold as part of The X Subscription, which bundles Grok, the Cursor code editor and X Premium perks.
